Amy Gammon is the founder of The Way Forward Disability Consulting. Amy has extensive experience in the provision of disability support in the NDIS environment, including working in roles at the NDIA in service delivery. Amy is an experienced supervisor and reflective practitioner who can work with you to reflect, debrief, build skills and work through complex situations. In addition, Amy is adept at navigating and interpreting the Legislation, Rules and Operational Guidelines that govern the NDIS. Amy can offer face-to-face or remote options to help you focus your practice and provide the best support to your participants.
